Oh, and I don't have any real preference as to when, just whatever works for other people.

Also, Ben, I'm really interested in h+ Hartford and if theres anything you need I'm willing to help.

I was looking into Meetup.com Also, h+ gave me a website to use for Hartford http://hplusclub.com/hartford/

Anyway, yeah, let's start a meetup, however we do it.
