Verder ben ik nog een behoorlijk beginner met het transhumanisme, ik probeer nu juist met mensen in contact te komen, hier en op de transhumanisten hyves.
Ik zit nu veel op msn om met 2 anderen te praten over het transhumanisme :)

I too think top-down solutions are needed, though I think people are already focusing on these to such a great extent, especially in the US, that we need to start looking at other methods. That said, some of the methods which I proposed could be implemented in a top-down fashion as well. Especially the "soft paternalism" stuff which has actually gained currency with the Obama Administration. Though if you want a more detailed list of what I believe could be implemented in a top-down fashion, I have a handy prioritized list already made:
