Location:

About Me:
Just a kid born in the wrong century... trying to make the best of what I've got to work with. Depending on who you ask, I'm crazy, funny, weird, eccentric or simply insane, but if you ask me I'm perfectly logical. I've been a transhumanist long before I even knew it, and when I realized that science fiction could indeed become fact, I jumped nose-first into the rabbit-hole, never to look back again.

Areas of interest:
I am a diverse individual, and each of my personalities will tell you the same thing :]

I am into the art of creation: images, music, minds, worlds, energy, you name it.

Experimenting is my hobby, and to my credit, I didn't make those piles of junk, those piles of junk made me!

Alright, alright, I'll clean up.

I believe in strong AI, indefinite life extension, and great tasting food, in no particular order.
Area(s) of expertise/knowledge:
I thought long and hard about this one

Welcome stranger, to my page. Do what you must to feel at home; read some posts, leave comments, hell, hack the page and edit the settings if you feel like it. The point is, my page is your page. "Please excuse my forwardness, I am not usually this intoxicated," said person A to person B. This occurred again at a later date, by which time the intoxicant had begun to peak. I guess what I'm trying to say is that life is like a drug. Some people are addicted, some are weekend users, and some haven't even tried it yet. Between these groups is very little common ground, which is why they rarely chill together.

This may not make much sense to you, but then in life not many things do. The trick is to sift through the garbage for the treasure, and then tell all your friends when you find some.

United we stand, long divided we may appear to stand, although badly aligned into an unstable column, with a good chance of an awkward remainder.

Just choose unity, people.

My Take on the Illusion of Free Will

I posted this on Gather.com a while back and thought I should put it up here.

Off topic: For every philosophical quandary there will be at least three stances. There is the one who proposes the first theory, along with all who support it and their respective takes on it. Next will be a group of people who may or may not have a theory to offer, but contest the f

Jazzy Day

Cruising down the Beltway, I found myself being enveloped in a peculiar state as I watched the bright lights across the bay dancing along to the sweet electronic dub vibrating through my head. The occupants of the offices and hotel rooms across the water, whoever they might have been, were in some way cosmically connected to me through the rhythm of the snares' tap-tap-tapping to the bass. The Universe decided for that moment that it would own some kind of meaning and united I and all around…

En Route to Chiba City

Not quite Chiba City here, but slowly getting used to the rough. It's tougher when taking the road less traveled; there are fewer people to look up to and learn from. The good side to it is the benefit of a being pioneer; your work becomes a model for others to mimic. Your sacrifice, struggles and toil become the banner for all those who wish to follow you, as you become the leader of an entire cult of deviants, who might have otherwise spent their lives crushing their genius inside the shell of… Continue
